Tuition

This year, the semester of dance includes 10 months of classes, matching the school district. Tuition for the semester is divided into monthly payments. Although the school is closed for two weeks at Christmas and one week for Spring Break, the monthly payment stays consistent. (There are several months with 5 weeks.)

Profusion Performing Arts requires all customers to have credit/debit card on file. Tuition is due at the first class of each month. Payments not received by the 10th of each month will be charged a $15.00 Late Fee. Invoices will not be mailed monthly. Tuition must be current in order to participate in recital. There will be a $25.00 non-negotiable fee charged on all NSF checks.

There are two payment plans offered, you must enroll in one of the two.
1. YES Auto Draft monthly. This choice will automatically draft your account on the first of the month. Additional costume, recital & misc. expenses will be published before they are billed.
2. NO Auto Draft monthly. If you choose not to enroll in auto draft program you must still have a credit/debit card on file. All customers who choose not to enroll in auto draft must be responsible to pay before the 10th of the month. Accounts not paid in full by the 10th of the month will then be drafted and assessed a $15.00 late fee.

 

Acting Tuition

$100.00 per month (no discounts applied)
Single Student Discount - Maximum monthly tuition $175.00.
TUITION POLICIES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

 

Costumes

Costume fees are $55.00 per costume for preschool/primary classes; $65.00 for elementary classes; $75 for middle/high school classes . A $25 deposit on each costume will be due at registration. Two remaining payments will be billed one in September and the balance in October. Dance shoes & tights for each costume are the financial responsibility of the parent. Alterations are often necessary and are at your own expense. Costumes are non-refundable after the order is placed.

Recital Fee

$45.00 per student ($25 per additional sibling with a maximum of $95.00 per family.)

Payment Policies

PPA accepts cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You must complete a Credit Card Authorization Form to have on file at PPA.
A student will not be able to participate in classes if his/her account is past due.

In order to drop a class, 30 day written notice must be submitted to the office.
Add/Drop forms must be completed when switching classes.

 

 

Policies

 

All students must wear a cover-up over their dancewear to and from the studio. NO JEANS allowed in any class.

There will be no food or gum permitted in the classrooms. All consumable items must remain in the snack room. WATER BOTTLES ONLY!

Please do not leave any children unattended in the studio.

No horseplay will be permitted in the lobby or studio.

No tap shoes in the hallways.

Students must be picked up promptly after class.

If you must pick your dancer up early from class, please send a written notice to the instructor and the instructor will dismiss the dancer from class. No parent is allowed to disrupt the class. Students will not be allowed to leave class without written permission.

Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student from class.

A parent/teacher conference must take place before a “dismissed student” may return to class.

No jewelry may be worn to class other than small earrings.

Students must follow the dress code policy.

No smoking on the premises.

No pets allowed in the facility.

Attendance policy of no more than three absences in any one class goes into effect January 1. Make-up classes are offered by individual teachers. More than thee absences results in the inability to perform that class dance at recital.
